The first image shows the Moon as framed at 371mm focal length — crisp, detailed, and full of contrast.
The second image is a crop from the same shot, revealing the craters and surface texture in much more detail.
Considering these are unedited JPEGs straight from the R7, the clarity and detail are impressive. It shows just how capable this camera and the 100–400mm L II lens combination is, even without RAW processing.
This was shot handheld, though a tripod always helps with consistency and framing.
